If you’re a fan of animation and seek to quench it on YouTube, you’ve more than likely come across an animation by YouTuber Vivziepop. Revered for her fan-animated music video of Kesha’s Die Young, she launched – alongside a sizable team of helpers – two pilots for cartoons she wanted to push forward to TV – Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss.
The former of the two has now found a new home studio willing to help produce the show for TV, A24 Films. On their side, it’s been hard at work on Ramy season two for Hulu. They also helped with Eric Andre’s Netflix comedy, Eric Andre: Legalize Everything.

Hazbin Hotel would seemingly make this the first animated project for A24. This hasn’t gone without a level of controversy, however.
Due to some of the dark comedy’s humor, some have lobbed criticism at the pilot for being homophobic by using blunt stereotypes all over the place and insensitive jokes. All of this, however, is often disregarded by fans because the series is supposed to take place in Hell, where – you know – bad or immoral people go.
There is no reveals as to when the series is going to air or where it will.
